After upgrading to Windows 11, my cursor is huge

I upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday and when I opened the game today, the cursor was huge. Just the cursor, everything else was fine. I tried to google for answers and it suggested switching from full...

@CrazyMcGee542 Windows 11 has scaling issues with TS4. My windows desktop is 4K, while the game is 1080p, and with my normal scaling settings, I get the huge cursor like you.

There are two options I use. Set scaling to 100% before starting the game, or change to plain windowed mode (NOT fullscreen windowed) and then back to fullscreen.
