All My Sims Have The Same Face

All of sudden all my Sims (The ones I created and played and the Sims saved to my Cas) all have the same "pudding face". For a Sim family that I been playing for awhile in game there fine but when I bring them into CAS they all have the same face. This issue started after I removed some skin cc but none of my Sims where using them. If you have a fix it please let me know.

Also,this is happening in the Sims 3

    @DiannaJLolita

    Try to remove all your cc/mods and see if the game works better.
    For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.

    But if they're already changed appearance maybe they won't go back, but it's always possible that mods can do weird things with the game...

    Also try repairing the game with mods removed.

    Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.
