AMD Graphics Card Not Recognized in Sims 4???

@AshieRitchie  You don't need to get your GPU recognized to have better graphics.  Simply change the settings to what you want, and reload the game.

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot or two of the bad graphics.  Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
