amepacks and a game kit.

I downloaded two gamepacks and a game kit. In the homepage they are listed as available, but when in build mode and create a sim they do not appear.

@PawPatrolla  Did you download the packs from the EA App, Steam, or Epic, and which launcher did you use to install the game itself?  Which packs and kit are missing?

    I downloaded the free bundle on Epic Games. It contains the Jungle Adventure pack, Luxury Party pack and Fashion Street kit.

      @PawPatrolla  Please run a search for GP06 , which is the folder for Jungle Adventure.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter GP06 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
