"an incompatible version of this game is installed on your device" error message

EA error saying game is not compatible with steam, and to uninstall steam version. However, the steam version already uninstalled itself. I do not know if this is occurring because I didnt pay my EA ...

@lapizvirtuexx Please do a clean uninstall of Sims 4 and the EA App, as described here:

When reinstalling, you can select only the base game, to save time, if it makes a difference. The App will auto-install all your packs once the game has launched.
