Application TS4_x64.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics Hardrive

I tried to start my game and it popped up in notifications with "Application TS4_x64.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics Hardrive" 

My game had been working perfectly since installing it on my new computer 2 weeks ago but is now suddenly popping up with this. I have updated the graphics card. I have over 10GB of HD space available. I also tried repairing the game.  The game also keeps crashing on launch and loading.

Any ideas anyone??
