arrow camera control

Hi, I bought all my sims 4 packs for mac. All the controls worked normal. Recently bought a new pc (windows desktop) and now I can't work with the camera controls. In build mode all the hotkeys seem to work, except the ones for the camera. The arrow keys do not work, WASD does not work... I have tried changing game settings, but is does nothing. I have read so many articles and nothing seems to do the trick. The only way I can move my screen is in sims 4 camera mode, when I am not holding an object or anything. And that's pretty annoying. Also the zooming with +/- or Z/X is not working. To other hotkey's like K and H do work. So It cannot figure it out why the camera wont cooperate...

I am a noob, so probably I am doing something wrong... Can anyone help me please, because it is driving me crazy... Many thanks!

    Hi @Kimsdb

    what kind of keyboard are you using (language) ?

    Some controls might be different depending on the layout.

    Hi I am using an AZERTY keybord, normally it is in Dutch (Flemish). Thanks!

    Could you try if it works if you set your keyboard to US layout ? (find it a bit weird that the arrow key don't work either)
