@chloe7800 What country are you shopping in, and what is your budget? Please also link the product pages for these two laptops so I can take a closer look. In particular, I need to know not just that they have Intel i3 processors but what versions.
I will say that it's difficult to fit the entirety of Sims 4 on an 128 GB drive if that's the computer's only drive. It's not impossible, but you'd likely run into issues with free storage pretty quickly, so all else being equal, I'd go with a 256 GB drive. However, that's not to say that the second option is better—its processor and graphics chip might be slower, and unlike storage, these cannot be upgraded.

@chloe7800 The first one is definitely better than the second, with a faster processor and graphics chip. And it's about as good a price you can find for that hardware. I did find two other options worth mentioning on Argos (and none on Currys) though. This one has essentially the same hardware as the first one you've linked, so it should run Sims 4 the same. But it has twice the storage, which is convenient if not strictly necessary:

This one has a faster processor, which won't mean much to Sims 4 (the graphics chip will be the limiting factor) but is nice to have, and twice the storage as well. It's also slightly smaller, which may be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective.

All of these should run Sims 4 roughly the same, plus or minus a few percentage points due to how the manufacturers tune each model. So it's totally reasonable to choose based on screen size, or weight, or anything else that matters to you.

Should be. But I would've go with one of the Puzzlezaddict options, because, honestly, Sims 4 is pretty storage hungry, especially if you want to add DLCs and CC. Currently, my Sims 4 installation with all EPs, GPs and SPs and about third of the kits has 58 GB. And the user folder in My Documents can take additional GBs. Not to mention that with 8 GB RAM, the more space you have for swap file, the better. So, I'd really recommend you to go with one of the 512 GB storage options, if you can afford that.
