Best laptop for TS4?

So, I recently posted a topic similar to this, but I've  found a couple laptops that are a bit closer to my price-range and I was wondering if someone could possibly tell me if either of these will work?

Sorry, if this is annoying...I just want to make sure I'm not going to waste money on a laptop that won't be compatible with TS4.

  • The first one is good if you opt in the 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7-4510U Dual Core Processor + 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M Graphics. The basic settings doesn't have a graphics card. It's an extra $140 though

The second one is below recommended specs even if you opt in the graphic card but you should be fine with mid-range settings if you opt in 4th generation Intel® Core™ i5-4210U Dual Core Processor + 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 840M Graphics for an extra $80
