@abbey_cronin  The computer you linked would only run TS4 on lower graphics settings.  Its processor is pretty weak (and two years old), and it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card; the Intel 620 is not very strong even by the standards or integrated cards.

To run all Sims 4 packs on the highest settings now (on a laptop), the minimum graphics card you need is an Nvidia 1050 ti or an AMD RX 560.  But as more expansions are released, these cards may not be able to maintain ultra settings, so you'd have to dial things back to high.  To keep playing TS4 on ultra for the full run of the game, all packs included, you'd need an Nvidia 1060 6 GB.  (In between the 1050 ti and 1060 in strength is the Nvidia 1650, but it's so new that it hasn't come down in price yet.)

Having said that, here are a few decent options in your preferred price range.  This one has a processor that is good but not great, although it's more than fine for TS4.  It has an AMD RX 560 and a 1 TB hybrid hard drive (SSHD), which is faster than a mechanical drive (HDD) but a bit slower than a solid state drive (SSD).  The version with the 15.6" screen is £580, and the 17.3" screen is £620.  Asus makes great gaming computers, even at the entry level, and great screens as well; both of these screens are IPS, which is the highest quality.

For £700, you could get a much stronger processor, along with an Nvidia 1050 ti.  This model has a very small SSD, which means Windows would boot quickly, but you'd need to install everything on the larger and slower HDD.

You mentioned in your other thread that you might be willing to spend up to £1000, so I figured I'd list this one too, at £850.  It's the cheapest option I could find with the Nvidia 1060 6 GB you'd need to make sure you can always run TS4 on the highest settings.  It has the same strong processor and hard drive combination as above.  It also has a 17.3" IPS screen.

I found these same models on Amazon as well (and some on other sites), although all of them were a bit more expensive.  If you'd rather buy elsewhere, I can link those options instead.

And if you have any other questions (I'm leaving the mouse rec for someone who knows more than I do on the subject) or would like more information, please don't hesitate to ask.
