Blank/weird text and invisible walls?

Please remove all Mods and CC then try the game again.

I did, but the same thing happened. The text was normal but the game was keeping the blank walls..

Sounds for the text issue you have some broken CC/mods

If it still doesn't work I suggest taking out half of your mods and CC and testing the game. Then keep splitting until you find all that is broken.
Either update or remove the broken CC/mods. 

Could you post a screenshot on the invisible wall problem?

here's the picture..I don't know why, but i removed the mod files so..

No, not that I'm aware of.  Removing mods/CC may not be enough to fix corruption that they've brought into the game.  To fully test, you really need to: 1) remove mods/CC, 2) clear your cache, 3) repair the game via Origin, and 4) start a new save to test in.

It seems to work without the mods currently after following the link's instructions so far.
