blue screen happens whenever i try to play my household, then game crashes.
I recently updated my sims 4 game yesterday, and today I tried playing one of my households and there was a blue screen for about 5-10 seconds before disappearing and it redirects me to the main menu along the lines of "unable to launch game, relaunch game". I have over 100+ mods and have taken some out, and I've tried everything and it's the same result. I searched online but it seems as no one has ever had this. idk what to do

Try to remove ALL of your mods and see if the game works better. Just so we know if it's mod related.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.You can try some different things:
- If the problem started after the latest patch/update, like for you, always make sure to update your mods when you update your game. Check this list out for some mods that were broken in the latest patch 🙂
