bought expansion pack in the game
I just bought an expansion pack (city living) in EA with a gift card. My wifi is a bit bad and it said 'no...' but then I already paid for it. The EA now says that I dont have the pack, because I can...
@Ylenaaaa Please clear the EA App's cache:

And try again to download the pack. You can try from the product page itself, or you can click the Sims 4 icon in your game library, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and find City Living on the list.
If those steps don't work, try reinstalling Origin and downloading the pack from there. You don't need to uninstall the EA App; just don't run them both at the same time.
