Bought new Sims and saved game got deleted?
I bought The Sims 4 Spa Day through the Origin Game Face thing, installed it and stuff, went in to play my game and my saved work I did before I went in and bought Spa Day is gone. That was about 3 g...
I doubt there's much you can do but if it's only a couple of hours, it's not too bad.
I would play some (like 10 min), then save the game and restart and see if it has properly saved.
If it did, it was probably some random glitch where it didn't save properly.
If it happens on a regular basis, come back.
