Bought Sims 4 on Origin and Nothing has Happened

I got on Origin, went to buy Sims 4, and when it came time to pay, it said there was an error and to do the purchase again. So I did. The same error came up again. I checked my debit card and I've been charged for the game twice and it never installed or anything. Any idea what I should do?
