Bought Sims 4 Second Hand - The code won't work!
I bought the Sims 4 off eBay, the descripition was titled as 'Like New.'
But when I put the disc in and tried to download it for the first time, it says the code has already been used.
Can someone please help? Is there a way I can get a new code off Origin?
EA does not support reselling of the game. It's registered to the former owner so get your money back.
