Broken UI CAS

Hello, I'm having issues with my cas UI after the update. I have no mods installed, I reset my files and redownloaded the game and nothing is working. I am also missing the new features such as the...

    I fixed the issue, it was the game files that got duplicated from moving them from PC to SSD.

    I had to clean delete the whole folder of the packs and install it fresh from Steam. It had left over data from a long time ago. Thank you for the help and all.

I did that, and the issue still prevails. I deleted all the strings and repaired and it didn't fix the issue.
