hmm that is strange, i just went & tested my vet clinic, everything seem to work for me, i have the option to bill the owner & all my workers are able to examine pets & automatically bill the owners after but all of the vets are 10 skills along with my playable sim. Have you made sure all your other vets are allowed to treat patient under the manage employee tab under responsibility?
Yes, I have, one of them is set to clean and care for the animals, and the other is set to not clean and just take care of the animals.
No, I always keep the owner's pet at home, she usually works by herself. And yes, they do get stuck like that. They get stuck outside of the lot, and never move no matter how many times I reset them or how fast/slow the time is going.
