bug in the sims
i have a bug in the sims 4 where i cant close my game its frozen i tried everything but nothing is working. I cant click on nothing someone please help. I tried to contact the helpdesk but they dont know what do do..

@norahrevyn000 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Has this only happened once, or does it happen more often, or even every time you play?
If your computer is frozen right now, and it runs Windows, click ctrl-alt-delete and choose Sign Out, which will boot you to the sign-in window and close all running apps. If you have a Mac, click cmd-optn-esc and force-quit Sims 4.
