Build Mode Catalog Won't Show up?

So after the terrain tools/new career update I've been noticing minor glitches, but the game was still completely playable. For example, the gender options in CAS were bugged out, as well as some of the create-a-pet thumbnails. The game experienced no issues before this update, even with all of the CC I have downloaded. Later on, when entering build mode, the whole bottom portion catalog has disappeared. I can still switch in between live and build mode, and the game still runs smooth, but every lot lacks a build catalog.

The repair option in Origin is grayed out, so I cannot repair the game. I've tried taking cc out but that doesn't resolve the issue either.
