@lucielikescats Rather than taking a little content out at a time, try playing with no content and slowly adding it back in. First, this will establish whether the problem is your content or something else, and second, loading times will be shorter with so much less content in your user folder. This will also allow you to set aside batches of mods and cc that are fine; you don't need to keep them in while you're testing everything else. Test first with a new save and then with a copy of your main one.
As a side note, you may find you have a conflict between two or more mods, but you can test for that separately once you've removed any content that doesn't work even on its own.
If you still see any issues with none of your old content, please list them, and also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.
