Butlers cooking too often

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hire a butler.
What happens when the bug occurs? The butler will make 8 serving meals autonomously almost hourly, even though I have a 4 sim household, 2 young adults, a baby, a dog and a cat.
What do you expect to see? Him not to cook so often.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated to version 1.72.28.1030

I took out all my mods and CC before the patch, and put it back all in and the issue showed up. Before the update, with my mods and CC still in game, had no issues.
