Buying expansion pack with diff account to base game account
Hi, I'm just wanting to know if I buy an expansion pack with my new account will it work with my base game on Sims 4. I have Sims 4 already downloaded on my Laptop but under a diff account, however, I've had lots of problems with this account so I created a new one. I want to buy the Island Living expansion pack but my old account won't allow it. So can I buy it with a different account on the same laptop?

@tabbysmart080 No, sorry, if you want to play Sims 4 in a given Origin account, that account needs to own all the content you're using. So if you bought a pack in an account that didn't own the base game (Origin doesn't even allow this, but there are ways around it), Origin would block you from playing in that account. And you couldn't use the pack in your original account either.
If you're having trouble with your old account, you can ask EA customer support for help. Or, if you prefer, you can have the old account merged into the new one.
