Buying Sims 4 problem

I am trying to purchase sims 4 on origin and i get to the last screen after entering my payment info, and the button BUY NOW, will not work to complete the transaction. Click and nothing. No error me...

Do you get the same issue both in the Origin client and on the website?

    Same both places, notice something else though. holding my cursor over the button I see it says java script: o; at the bottom of the screen.
