Buying sims4 game packs without internet.
I am using my cellphone to get on the internet. I want to buy so and game packs for Sims 4 but I have no internet on my desktop. How can I buy and download it on to my desktop?

To buy those you do need internet. You could start your hotspot on your phone and if your computer can connect to WiFi connect to that.
But that would result in extra costs for the usage of your mobile internet.
