Calibration Issues

Hiya, I'm having problems with what seems like calibration issues. I cannot build a sim or a house because I cannot select very easily and I have to have the mouse cursor quite a bit above where I want to select. However with the menu buttons, the problem doesn't happen

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

Make sure the game is using the native resolution for your monitor - that is stated in display settings. If that does not help, try full screen windowed mode.
