Camera moves up above walls

So, I'm going to go crazy from this, when you move the camera above a wall it jumps up into the air, it's really hard to play The Sims 4 like this. Video of the issue: https://puu.sh/C5S7j/39c9d0697...

That is normal when this close. If you zoom out a little bit it is barely noticable.

I love to watch them do things, but it's really hard to do when this happens.

  When you have to pass a wall just do it fast.
