Doubt this is a glitch, but it won't let me pinch zoom the camera anymore, in build mode or live mode. I used the arrows, could that have changed the controls?

Check your game options. You should be able to change it there.
Not sure but are you using mods ?
Third party content you add to your game.

EDIT: Are you using Sims 3 or SIms 4 camera mode ? Did you check if it maybe reset ?
I can't screenshot it because it's not on the computer. Normally, (on a laptop) you can hold down the right button on the mouse, and on the trackpad, you can zoom in and out. For some reason now this won't work. I think I used the slide bar on the camera option on the Sims to zoom in/out. Could that have changed anything?
I am using Sims 4.
I'm not sure if it has reset; if it has, how can I change it back to the way it was?
