Camera Tilt no longer working using middle mouse button

I use Sims 3 Camera - and have done since the Sims 4 was released. Yesterday I was playing away, happily using my middle mouse button for tilt then boom! It stopped! I have repaired the game using...

@korinalea I'm now having this very same problem and can confirm it is not an issue with my mouse... did you ever solve this? Thank you!
