Can´t redeem code for expansionpack
Hi, when I was little i got the expansion pack city living on a disc from my parents. It had always worked until i changed computer. My new computer dosen´t have a disc reader and if i try to redeem the code it says that it hade already been redeemed. I have always used the same EA account! Since it have been over 5 years since my mum gave it to me she doesn´t have the recipt left. Help please!
@sannnastrand Codes can only be used once, even on the same account. But the pack should still be on your account. Do you see it under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, you should be able to download it from there.
