Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

Hello! I have bought Sims 4 for my girlfriend to play but I'm unable to start it. the error "The Sims 4 is already running [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]" pops up and I don't know how to deal with it anymore. I'm using Windows 11 Pro and I got my game from Steam. Any suggestions and solutions are welcome.
