Path to this folder :
Users/User/Documents/Electronic Arts /The Sims4 -( inside is saves folder. mods folder and so on...)
Click on "This PC"
then click on your C Drive, which looks like this for example -- Acer ( C : ) (Without spaces) --
If you've clicked on it, then you'll see a bunch of folders, Some with program files, etc..
Click on the folder that says 'Users'
then once you've done that, click on the one folder that has your PC's name on it, then click on Documents after the PC's named folder, once you've also done that you'll be directed to some more folders, Click on Electronic Arts then Sims 4
I don't work for EA
I did this and after opening the documents folder, there is nothing in there. what do I do now?

I'm not sure what's wrong but my game isn't booting and my folders missing I've deleted the ea app and sims repaired it but nothing works anyone here can u help

@ky_sfl12 Is OneDrive running on your computer? If it is, whether you use it deliberately or not, please pause syncing, which you can do by right-clicking the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
If this doesn't help, please let me know whether Sims 4 has ever run on this computer. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
