Can’t Interrogate Suspect

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansions except the weather, dine out, parenthood, laundry day, and movie stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? arrest a suspect and try to interrogate them
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing happens, no action occurs
What do you expect to see? my sim interrogating the suspect

So every time my female sim wants to interrogate a suspect, nothing happens. i’ve tried changing police stations, debugging, and going back the next day but nothing happens. and in order to be promoted, i had to interrogate but it can’t. please help!! i was enjoying the police career. please and thank you.
