I think you could just nail it on low settings maybe.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
             Memory: 16384MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 16344MB RAM

On my I can have it on Max Out Settings.
