Can i run sims 4 with cc and some mods with this pc?

I’m thinking of buying a pc just to play sims again, but don’t know what I’m looking for. I’ve seen a pc with these specs but I just want to know if it will run the game with maybe some mods and cc? 

I honestly have no idea what I’m looking for 😂

    Always post links to computers you are interested in so we can see all details. For the first I can see that it is using DDR3 RAM which means that it is very old.

    If you post your budget, which country you are in and what else you use it for we can give you suggestions.
