Can not connect to Sims 4 Gallery

I can not connect to sims 4 gallery where i have so before. my origin account says im online but when i open sims 4, it says i am offline and then give me the option to connect but says it is unable ...

Has there been any solution found? I had connectivity a week ago, now I cant see the gallery.
