Can Sims 4 be installed without the use of internet??

I recently bought the Sims 4, and was so excited to finally be able to play it. I insert the first disc, and nothing is out of the ordinary, other than the fact that I had to download Origin. All of that has gone relatively smooth, but then came time to install the game. I live in a place that doesn't have much internet, so when the system says that it is downloading, I'm am forced to stop it, for fear of using too much internet.

My main question is; is it possible to install The Sims 4 directly from disc instead of having to download a, in my case, large file??
