Can the Sims 4 run on an AMD A6 processor?

Im in need of new computer since my last one is broken. There’s a deal on this 11.6’ Dell laptop. I’ve attached the specs, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I will be able to play the Sims 4 on it?

@ssamuraiwarrior  The problem with the AMD A6 APU is it had an integrated video chip. The requirements for this game are 128Mb of dedicated video memory. The integrated video chip has no dedicated video memory. This could (and usually does) lead to performance issues. The Sims 3 is a 3D graphical game and I recommend a dedicated video chip (which usually has dedicated video memory). While the game may play it may stop working at any time because it doesn't meet minimum requirements.

With only a 32GB drive you simply will not have enough space to run The Sims 4 and as @roberta591 mentions there is the matter of the poor Graphics.
