Can this pc run sims 4 well?

@bmn3wc0adopp  This is not a great computer for Sims 4.  I would expect it to run all packs together, but probably only on low or low-medium graphics settings.  It's also a 2019 model, so I'm not sure how long it would hold together, although it could last a while still.

If you'd like help finding something better, please list your budget as well as any other details that matter to you, for example screen size.  Please also list any other websites where you'd be willing to buy.  I can check them out (the language is not a problem) and list the best options I see.

I don't really have a preference for a website 

I want one who is portable (like not a desk one), who has a great battery and autonomy. And most of all who is an AZERTY one

@bmn3wc0adopp  I'm not familiar with the market and don't want to suggest you buy from a website you don't trust, which is why I asked for sites to search.  If you don't have a preference, just list a few that would work.  I do also need to know your budget so I don't recommend something you're not willing to buy, or skip a laptop you would like because it's more expensive than the one you originally linked.

I will of course make sure any laptop I list has an AZERTY keyboard.
