Cancel Sims 4 Pre-order?

Hello, I pre-ordered the Sims 4 a few minutes ago (from the official Sims website), until I saw only "PC download". Usually when I bought a Sims 3 [digital] game it said "PC/Mac download". For the S...

    The version you can preorder now is not for mac. It's possible they're making a native one like they did for SimCity. I do think you should cancel it at this point.

    If your order is still processing, you can still cancel it.

    Follow the following steps

    1. Go to your order history
    2. If the status is processing you can click on the + sign
    3. You should then see a blue cancel link which you can press to cancel.
    4. Click confirm
    5. It should then show as canceled.

    If if it's not processing anymore, do as thisaint posted and cancel once it's out or contact a game advisor.

    Just as your name says sir, you are a hero. I was able to delete sims 4 cats and dogs and then i can buy it for real(I had pre bough it), and it didn't work, and i couldn't play it, and finally while reading your thing i was able to figure it out. Thank you.
