I’m having the same issue but new save doesn’t work either :-/
I had TOOL in, but removing it didn't fix the problem. Now I'm playing with no mods at all and a new file. The old one still doesn't work even with repairing and everything done and without mods. Also the game worked fine with TOOL in it, prior to installing Snowy Escape, I've been testing platforms after the update with only a few select mods on (Twisted Mexi's build mods, including TOOL, Red Shelf and cmd center) and it worked just fine.
@cinnaluna For new worlds, TwistedMexi has to update it again. Not sure if he's done that yet.
Did you delete the localthumbcache as well ? Maybe something got borked on the old save while you had it in.
Try uninstalling just Snowy Escape again (try this: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2015/08/uninstall-single-packs) and then start your game and save it under a new name, then reinstall the pack.- @cinnaluna i updated the tool mod and slice of life then it worked so now i can play with cc and mods :D
Hello there,
I had the same issue, I couldn't have access to Mt. Komorebi world. I did everything I found in this portal and EA Game site, uninstall, reinstall, I cleared cache in the sims files, erase folders and nothing looked to be working, until I erase the Mod file containing TOOL file. After that I reinstalled the expansion pack and now that world is back and I'm working in building something. It really was a headache.
