Cannot access Mt. Komorebi

@SimDrafts Do you have any mods/cc in your game ?

TOOL is known to cause issues like this.

Thank you so much! I do have tool and my exemptions mod just told me that tool is corrupted. @crinrict I will restart the game and see if that helps!
