Cannot access the gallery

I find it really frustrating when I cannot upload to the gallery or download because when I open up the pre-made lots / downloads bar it only says one thing above the top which is "my gallery" and there should be 3 bars when there are only 1 I think this has to involve the origin because this hasn't got the store either whereas my other one does so is there any way I could merge my accounts together??? many thanks

    Do you have "Online Features Access" checked in your game options? (Game Options> Other> Online Features Access)

    For merging you need to contact a game advisor

    Game advisors can be found through live chat or call-back

    1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
    2. Click on the orange NEXT button
    3. Select a platform
    4. Click on the orange NEXT button
    5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
    6. Click on the orange NEXT button
    7. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor or leave your phone number for a call-back
