- 6 years ago@EA_Mai I still do not have the option to bundle.
It's still not available...I want to bundle it with Realm of Magic and Moschino, but it still gives me the "You're quite the collector!" message. đ
- 6 years ago@Chicherino I know they keep saying we can bundle but it wont let us and its getting a tad annoying
- 6 years ago
I have the same problem.. I want to bundle it but it doesn't show University in bundle choices. Also, it seems I can't login to Origin via browser, only app...

Try on safari to log in, but its not available for me either. Give it a few minutes to reload, maybe? We'll see.

I tried doing it on the Origin client, and it didn't work but when I tried it on an incognito browser, I was able to bundle it! Please give that a try. đ

Hi everyone, let me quote myself đ
The Sims 4 Discover University is already available to bundle but I don't get the option to add the pack to a bundle, what can I do?
Some players have reported cache issues in the past. Clear your Origin cache to make sure stored old data is not causing the problem. If you are using the Origin client, you can learn how to clear Origin cache here. If you are using origin.com, clear your browser cache or try again using an incognito window. - 6 years ago
The incognito browser worked for me. I was able to get University, ROM, and Moschino :D

A private window on Safari worked for me too. Thanks for the help! đ
- 6 years ago@Avalline01 I'm the same on both counts!
I couldn't on origin app or internet explorer. But it was there on firefox.
Very Weird. But I got it to work!

I'll try on different browser then. I'm now on Chrome..

Yay!! It's just worked for me! I used Chrome to purchase it so now off to download it! :D
- 6 years ago@elmomoo52 I got it to work! Try using some other browser. It will work AND has Uni to bundle :D

Incognito did it. Thanks everyone!
- 6 years ago@Avalline01 It worked - wooo! Thank you đ

I am still not able to buy it with Build a bundle.
- 6 years ago@Christine_Jade how do i do this? ive been having the same issue on the client, even delete the cache and restarted my computer. how do i purchase through incognito browser?
- 6 years ago@EA_Mai so i did the delete cache, restarted everything. and still it does not show up as an option to bundle. i then talked to customer support and they were telling me its not available.. soo im not sure if its my origin client or what is going on but its becoming very frustrating because you say its available then its not but it is? i need help please?

I got it by using incognito mode on google chrome. I entered my log in in origin and there it was available to bundle.
It was not available on the origin desktop app.So some extra work, but I was able to get it.

Went incognito mode this morning on Google Chrome and was able to bundle it that way. Pretty annoying though that I couldn't just do it through Origin âšī¸

I'm not able to bundle it either, its saying i own too much content so i have to pay for it at full price?? I own all the expansion packs but now that theres a new one i should be able to make a bundle
- 6 years ago@SiphonicVirus Yes, I had all expansions but this new one (and I'm missing several of the smaller packs) and got the same message. I was able to get it to work through Mozilla oddly enough - try another browser?
I cleared my cache and I tried using incognito mode web browser and the system will not allow my to select Discover University as an expansion pack. The expansion packs are listed under Game Packs. Attached are screenshots of each of the three categories.
