Cannot control the played Sim (PC)

Hi,

I play Sims 4 since 2014- all was ok.

Today, when entered the game i noticed that the Sims cannot be controlled- clicking on them- its like clicking on some objects with no action- nothing. 

Clicking on objects, which requires action (as tv, computer, shower, etc.) no action ... just nothing.

All other is ok - moving camera, zoom, i can buy/sell objects, building mode ok... 

Only  cannot control the sims.

Uninstalled the game, downloaded and re- installed- same story.

I play on Dell Alienware 18, win 8, no changes in hardware/software

Can anyone help me?
