Cannot create house parties anymore!
Problem as above; It appears that it may be mod related as I can't quite find literally ANYONE else with this same issue as i've searched for hours on multiple occasions.
However I have removed mods, repaired the game and issue persisted onward despite it all.
This can be chalked up to 'whatever mod did this must have corrupted your game entirely, please try a clean install', but I would like to hear of any alternative suggestions to this as possible.

I ended up doing a fresh install of the game and weeding through my thousands of mods to find the culprit. It was a party mod that worked once upon a time but got messed up by an update!
