Cannot follow creators in gallery

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Português
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Spooky Stuff, Toddler Stuff and My First Pet Stuff Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Following a creator in gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? Pops up a message saying " An error occurred processing the subscription request." (something like that.. used google translate)
What do you expect to see? Instant following
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I cleared the cache.. and tried following a couple of creators... My profile visibility is set to everyone so I dont know what do..

    Hi @PaNDiee

    I'm moving this to tech as it's probably a temp issue after maintenance yesterday. There's several people reporting wonkyness still. I'll  move back if it proves to become a longer thing.

    Hello @PaNDiee

    There were some Gallery issues earlier today, but those seem to have gone away.  Are you still seeing this problem?

    Yes... The problem persists... :/ I cannot follow some creators and others I can.. Today I repaired the game and reset my documents folder but in vain :/ The creators that im trying to follow have more than 4000 followers so i guess its not related to their privacy settings... Im going to make a backup of my tray folder and delete all the content and try again tonight to see if it helps
