cannot get kittens/ cannot get any of my cats to mate

i am currently trying to get my two cats in my household to mate. i have tried multiple strays, multiple times and still no luck. even tho one of cats is thinking of two cats in front of a big pink l...

A pet can only mate when in heat (you see small hearts). When you see that click the pet and choose "encourage to mate with".

    one of my cats is in heat, and i tried encouraging to mate - still no luck

    @jpkarlsen i managed to get kittens, i adopted a male and then after abt 6 attempts they successfully mated

    do strays not ever mate then?
