I had the same problem. But I don't use Avas. So I tried every solution I read. Updating Windows, deleting files, but nothing worked. So I uninstalled the game and I lost everything. Including the log in rewards (As shown in image). I hope EA launches a problem fixing post, because this is a recurring problem for many years.
