Hello EA.

When I tried to launch SIMS 4, it says error: the system cannot find the file specified.

1. I uninstalled the game and installed it back again (which unfortunate for me cs i lost all my saved games)... it didnt work

2. I uninstalled EA app and installed it back again, it didnt work

Can you help me? I think it said corrupted files or something
